Do you want to increase your intake of health-promoting, cancer-fighting, nutrient-dense, nutrient-dense foods but want ideas that are quick and simple to make? Check out this great link from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.


You want to get whole foods into your diet. They are healing foods. Stay away from processed foods, and items where some manufacturer has taken the original plant and stripped it of some of the key nutrients and re-packaged it up into a food-like product.
